Lately our society has been exposed to unprecedented sedentary lifestyle, never seen in previous generations; evenings on the couch watching TV / tablet / computer, lifts to not have to climb stairs, cars, motorcycles and (finally) electric scooters to get around...

 

Less and less exercise, and whoever decides to go to the gym takes the car / motorcycle / scooter to get there!! My project is located on an attic floor, and I invite you to start and end the day practicing an aerobic physical activity with many health benefits!!

My recommendation is that you come equipped with a baby carrier; Although the stroller can be left tied in the hall.

We must be the role model for the little ones of the house, taking care of ourselves to be able to

take care of them.
